How does billing work?
Your first month is $4.99 for unlimited dispute packages. After that, it’s $9.99/month, still unlimited, charged automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Sign in and go to Account, then Manage billing. You can cancel anytime, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What shouldn’t I upload?
Social Security numbers, passwords, full card numbers, or anything unnecessary.
Can I delete my documents?
Yes. You can remove any uploaded file at any time.
Does the AI make things up?
It is designed to use only what you provide and to flag what is missing. Always review before sending.
